§ 6.090. Mobile office and mobile home, temporary use.

  • A mobile home or mobile office shall be permitted in any zoning district when the use of mobile home or mobile office is temporary and incidental to the preparation of a construction site or the completion of a construction project. These temporary uses may be permitted by the planning commission for such periods as it may deem necessary and reasonable for the completion of the site preparation or construction project. Approval of these temporary uses shall be in writing and shall contain the following information:

    a.

    Name and address of applicant

    b.

    Name and address of construction firm

    c.

    Name and address of project

    d.

    Expiration date of temporary use permit

    e.

    Signature of planning commission chairman.

    Such written permission shall not be transferrable and may be revoked by the planning commission at any time it deems such use a public nuisance or otherwise contrary to the intent of this ordinance.
