§ 8.030. Intensity of use.

The overall maximum density for residential development within a PUD shall not exceed the intensity of use permitted under the regulations for the zoning district in which the PUD is to be located. Nonresidential uses included as a part of a PUD shall conform to appropriate commercial and industrial intensity of use requirements.
