§ 13.030. Notification of violation and fine.

Failure to rectify the violation within thirty (30) days after receiving written notice from the zoning administrator that a violation has occurred will result in the levy of a city fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day for each building, structure, or alteration found to be in violation of this ordinance.
