§ 3-103. Adding to, refilling container; misrepresentation.

No person shall add to or permit another to add to any original container of an alcoholic beverage another substance or additional alcoholic beverage, or refill any alcoholic beverage container in any manner, or misrepresent the quantity, quality or brand name of any alcoholic beverage.
